There is no book for 70-563: PRO: Designing and Developing Windows Applications Using Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5?
But I do not think 70-563 is getting a book.The syllabus is at http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exams/70-563.mspx
There is not that much difference from the 2.0 exam. I recommend using the 70-548 guide book for http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exams/70-548.mspx
Then just study the extra subjects in the 70-563 exam using the MSDN
