Firstly, you should understand the following abbreviations
Microsoft ID
Used in MSN, Office Live and Microsoft Passport.
Used in Microsoft website for some service, like MSN, HOTMAIL, and MCP. Microsoft called them LIVE ID, such as LIVE mailbox, HOTMAIL, MSN account, etc.
You can also register your mailbox into Microsoft ID, for example xxx@hotmail.com

MCP ACCESS CODE：
This code is not for the future access to the member center of MCP. Instead, it is just a random number that Microsoft sends to you after you have registered, and with which you should bind your Microsoft ID. This code can be used for only once. But now, ACCESS CODE can be re-issued.

Transcript Sharing Code
This code is for others to review your scores. Login www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/transcripts and input your number and your score will be shown. Take mine for example:

Click SIGN IN
Login your Microsoft ID, Registering without clicking SIGN UP NOW. You can register your mailbox to LIVE ID, like XXX@hotmail.com. Login to enter the following interface:
Input MCP ID, ACCESS CODE. Come to the next step with the words in red.
Click SIGN IN, input your Microsoft ID, and then enter it directly. Very simple!
How to review the exam results?
After entering the MCP member center,

nput MCPID, FIRST NAME, LASTNAME, EMAIL (this is the mailbox by which Microsoft contact with you before the exam, and by which you received Microsoft’s MCP information). Dialog boxes with messages like “Congratulations!” or XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX will show after that. Go to your Email box for your email, and go back to the first step, re-operate.
Some said that they can’t find “Congratulations”. That may because you have submitted incorrect message to Microsoft. Change the order of your first and your family name, and try again. Or you can call the Microsoft customer service call. Or search the solution on internet.

After entering the page for editing your information, you can see that your name in Pinyin has existed there. Edit the menus with the sign *, and submit, you can enter the MCP member center now!
