Questions about the future of 70-536

I cleared my 70-536 exams recently. Reading a few article, i noticed some confusion on 70-536 exam.
My queries are:
1) whats the future for 70-536, is it going to be dicontinued?
2) Is the exam that i cleared a waste?
3) I was planning to take an MCTS path. Should i wait for some updates about the same? Currently preparing for 70-528.
My results are:
1) 70-536 will remain pre-requiste for all MCTS Visual Studio Exams.
2) Definitely not, you will need that exam to get MCTS credential 
3) No carry on, Actually 70-536 is now renamed as TS:70-536 and considered to be pre-req for all.
